FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At Bronen Music, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Q. Is layaway service available? A. Yes. We have a 60 layaway plan and a 20% down payment of the total is required to separate your item(s).
Q. What happens if I am not able to pay within 60 days? A. Before the 60 days are due, call and let us know that you need more time to pay for the balance.
Q. What happens if my layaway ticked is lost? A. You have to immediately come to the store and let one of our sales associates know. Please bring an identification where your name and address are clearly printed.
Q. What are the requirements to rent an instrument? A. To rent instruments, a valid UN-expired driver’s license and a credit card are needed.
Q. Can I rent for the entire school year? A. Yes you can.
Q. Can I trade-in my instrument? A. Yes you can.
Q. Do you buy used instruments? A. Yes, as long as your instrument is in playable condition.
Q. Do you repair instruments? A. Yes we do. Depending on how severe is the damage. Some instruments can be repair at our store. If still under warranty, the instrument will be shipped to the manufacturer for repair. You are responsible for the shipping charges repaired or UN-repaired once the instrument is back from the manufacturer’s repair shop.
Q. Are music lessons available? A. We offer lessons in english or spanish. Guitar, bass, percussion. drum, trumpet, saxophone, flute, trombone, music reading, and theory are the lessons offered. Violin and accordion are not available for at the moment.
Q. Do you beat or match prices? A. Yes.
Q. If the instruments I want is not available, can you get it? A. Only if is not discontinued.
